Artist's Comments

I did this for the adapted art show in New Waterford.

Her hair is made of plugs, sorta like, our power source is like (most) peoples hair, precious and not something we want to loose. So...take care of it. Use it wisely and dont over do it. ;p

Its pre-washed with tetley tea, and the watercolor is mixed with tea also to give it a bit of a yellowy tint. I wanted to make it look a little aged.
Also done with markers, ink for the outline.

8x10.

Don't steal my stuff.. Otherwise Im going to sue you.

Nice work, I just clicked random deviation and this came up. I'm a big watercolour fan so I'm going to try to add tea to my watercolors also. Thanks for this idea.

np. I got the idea from a 6th grade science project I did on natural dyes. I was going to use completely organic colors, but I didn't know how good certain things would work because of the acid in them.
Might be a fun thing to try out tho!
